Hunger Action Month

Hunger Action Month is a campaign in which Feeding America, the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank, and the national network of over 200 food banks raise awareness and take action on the issue of hunger. Hunger is a solvable issue and we are leading the effort to end it. You can help by getting involved and mobilizing your community. Together we can solve hunger™.

Our 30 Ways in 30 Days calendar has ideas on how you can be a part of Hunger Action Month to help solve hunger. Whether its volunteering, coordinating a food and fund drive, donating, or advocating about the need in our community to help families, we can all play a role to help out our neighbors in need. Just $1 a day keeps hunger away!
